Trained respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through trained.ca, why we collect it and how we handle it.

Information you give us

When you use the Get Started form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, organization, and optionally your role, province or territory, organization size, area of interest, timeline and a description of what you are trying to accomplish.

Please do not send confidential documents, personal information about other people, credentials or regulated data through the form.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, arrange a conversation and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Service providers

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and receive form submissions. These providers process information on our behalf and may store or process it outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask to access or correct the information you have given us, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through the Get Started page.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies. We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. Ahrefs Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and helps us measure basic site usage and performance.

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers. If our use of analytics changes in the future, we will update this notice.
